HOTEL KINABALU, Kota Kinabalu – A Smart Stay in the City

My stay was a bit mixed. The location was great, with taxis and markets just outside the hotel. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable, though I wish there were some coffee and tea options. The Wi-Fi was reliable, which was a plus. However, my experience was marred by a few service hiccups, like the missed airport transfer and payment issues.

I had a decent stay overall, but it started on a frustrating note when my airport transfer didn't show up even though it was confirmed. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well, which was a relief given the noise and smells I'd forgotten about from my last trip to Asia. The location was convenient with taxis and markets very close by, which I appreciated. However, it would have been nice if coffee and tea were provided in the room, as it felt a bit lacking otherwise.
